We are a fully equipped 2 bedroom house, the master bedroom has a queen sized bed, the smaller one has a double bed, both located on the second floor. The bath, shower, and kitchen have butane generated hot water, not passive solar. There is an extra foldout in the downstairs living room, for up to a total of 6 people. The 2 bedrooms have their own air conditioner. Both balconies are located on the second floor, one off the master bedroom, within reach of thegrapefruit tree. The other is over the living room area and is shaded by a beautiful plum tree. The kitchen is on the main floor and is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, utensils and table settings, and all the little extras you will need. The dining room is located on the main floor near the kitchen and seats 6. Cable TV, and stereo, and digital alarm clocks are also included. Fully fenced yard, with lockable pedestrian & driveway gates. Sit in the shade of the many trees ( ficus, coconut and young banana, hibiscus, grapefruit) and listen to the birds. Relax with a cool drink and a plate full of fresh tropical fruit from the farmers market. All furniture and appliances were new as of November 15, 2008 The house and yard are family and pet friendly. As of Jan 2010, we now have Wi Fi internet installed, for those that travel with their laptop, and a washing machine for personal laundry. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the stores, banks and restaurants along Burns Ave. A 15 minute walk to the ruins of Cahal Peche. Periods of 3 plus days will be considered 1 week (7 days period) $ 450.00)) USD 1 month ( 28 day period) $ 1450.00 USD There are NO rate changes for the high/low seasons. Payment can be made by credit card through Pay Pal, Bank Transfer or Bank Draft. We are registered and inspected with the Belize Tourism Board, and must charge a 10% tax on the above rental rates. A 50 % deposit will be required to hold the reservation, with the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival.
